摘要
为了促进机械自动化在数控机床中的应用,提高企业产品竞争力,分析了数控机床的发展现状,指出了数控机床与传统机床的区别,即数控机床更精确、更精密、成本低。智能化数控机床可使生产更安全,具有生产质量稳定、减少机床及刀具损耗、工作节奏可调、运行平稳可靠、维修方便等特点,可同时满足不同种类产品的生产需要,用户可以很快进行产品结构的调整并扩大产能,大大降低了工人的劳动强度。未来,我国制造产业将不断升级,实现工业产业自动化和智慧化发展。
In order to promote the application of mechanical automation in the numerically-controlled machine tool,and improve enterprise product competition,the study analyzes the present situation of the numerically-controlled machine tool,points out the differences between numerically-controlled and traditional machine tool.Numerically-controlled machine is more accurate,precise and of low cost.Numerically-controlled machine tool can make production safer,and it is characterized by production quality stability,the reduction of machine tool and cutter loss,adjustable working rhythm,stable and reliable operation,and convenience in maintenance,etc.And it can meet the production demands of different kinds of production.Users can quickly adjust production structure and enlarge production capacity.Labor strength of workers can be greatly decreased.In the future,China’s manufacture industry will upgrade continuously,and the automation and intellectualization of industry can be achieved.
