三线态转换的蓝光电致发光材料研究进展

摘要 有机电致发光二极管(organic light-emitting diodes,OLEDs)经历了30年的发展,发展蓝色有机电致发光分子,特别是能够有效利用三线态激子的三线态-三线态湮灭(triplet-triplet annihilation,TTA)和杂化局域-电荷转移(hybrid locally and charge-transfer excited state,HLCT)分子,是当下的研究热点。对近5年具有代表性的蓝光TTA和HLCT电致发光材料进行了梳理,期望激发该领域的研究,加速实现高效、长寿命的蓝光OLED器件。 During the development of nearly 30 years in the field of organic light-emitting devices(OLEDs),the development of blue emitters,especially those that can effectively use triplet excitons,e.g.triplet-triplet annihilation(TTA)and hybrid locally and charge-transfer excited state(HLCT),are the immediate areas of research focus.The representative blue TTA and HLCT emitters in the past five years were summarized,which may stimulates the enthusiasm of the researchers in this field and accelerate the realization of effective and long-life blue OLED devices.
