千枚岩路基填料水稳定性试验

摘要 针对千枚岩路基填料的水稳定性影响因素开展室内土工试验,以千枚岩填料的耐崩解指数、加州承载比(California bearing ratio,CBR)、回弹模量及膨胀率为评价指标,分析压实度、粗颗粒质量分数(P_(5))和风化程度对千枚岩路基水稳定性的影响规律,并对振动压实方法(vibration test method,VTM)千枚岩填料的水稳定性改良效果进行研究。结果表明:压实度越大,千枚岩路基填料的耐崩解性、抗渗性能越好,遇水膨胀量越小,填料CBR与回弹模量泡水衰减速度越慢;随着P_(5)的增加,千枚岩路基填料的耐崩解性和抗渗性能不断下降,P_(5)对填料的泡水强度衰减规律和膨胀特性影响不大;风化程度越高,千枚岩路基填料的耐崩解性越差,遇水膨胀量越大,抗渗性能越强,风化程度对CBR与回弹模量泡水衰减速度影响不明显。VTM千枚岩填料的水稳定性明显优于传统的静压成型。 Indoor geotechnical tests were carried out for the factors affecting the water stability of phyllite subgrade filler.It was based on the evaluation index of the disintegration resistance index,California bearing ratio(CBR),resilient modulus and expansion rate of phyllite filler.The effects of compaction degree,coarse particle mass fraction(P_(5))and weathering degree on the water stability of phyllite subgrade were analyzed.Meanwhile,the effect of improving the water stability of the vibration test method(VTM)phyllite filler was studied.The results show that the greater the compaction degree,the better the disintegration resistance and impermeability of phyllite subgrade filler,the smaller the amount of water expansion,and the slower the soaked decay rate of filler CBR and modulus of resilience.With the increase of P_(5),the disintegration and impermeability properties of phyllite subgrade filler decrease,and P_(5) has little effect on the attenuation law of immersion strength and expansion characteristics of the filler.The higher the degree of weathering,the worse the disintegration resistance of phyllite subgrade filler,the greater the expansion in water,and the better the impermeability.The degree of weathering has no obvious effect on the attenuation speed of CBR and resilience modulus.The water stability of VTM phyllite filler is significantly better than that of traditional static molding.
