摘要
针对山西省晋中市某工业厂房使用3.5年的国产聚氯乙烯(polyvinyl chloride,PVC)膜材进行了力学性能研究,测定膜材抗拉强度、撕裂强度、节点连接强度及表面微观形貌。结果表明:对于单轴拉伸试验,波浪式夹具对应试验现象更合理、结果更稳定;膜材老化后各向强度试验数据存在较大的离散性,即老化后不适宜采用抗拉强度的平均值作为设计强度;节点连接处的破坏截面主要发生在连接焊缝叠合区的边缘;膜材的双侧膜面均出现了较为严重的污渍、斑点、裂纹等现象。
The mechanical properties of 3.5-year domestic polyvinyl chloride(PVC)membrane used in an industrial plant in Jinzhong city,Shanxi province were studied.The tensile strength,tear strength,joint connection strength and surface micro morphology of the membrane were measured.The results show that for uniaxial tensile test,the corresponding test phenomenon of wave fixture is more reasonable and the result is more stable.Discreteness of strength test data after aging is greater,which indicates that the average tensile strength is no longer suitable for design strength.The failure section of the joint mainly occures at the edge of the bonding zone.Serious stains,spots and cracks appeare on both sides of aged PVC membrane material.
