摘要
以智能制造方向职教师资本科教育为研究对象,通过调研职业院校师资需求状况及制造企业的技能要求,探索本科高校培养智能制造类职教师资,与职业院校、企业岗位实现无缝对接的路径,为高校职教师资教育和应用型人才培养提供先进理念和系统思维。在此基础上构建了协同培养模式的教学质量评价框架图,为智能制造职教师资培养建立协同培养方案、专业课程设计与教学管理体系提供参考。
The study takes intelligent manufacturing vocational teachers education as the research object.Through the investigation of the demand of vocational college teachers and the requirements of enterprises,the study explores how to cultivate intelligent manufacturing talents in undergraduate colleges and universities,and how to achieve seamless integration of manufacturing vocational teachers with vocational colleges and posts in enterprises,to provide advanced concept and system thinking for vocational teachers education and applied talent training in the higher vocational college.So then framework of teaching quality evaluation under collaborative training mode is constructed.It provides references for establishment of collaborative training scheme,professional curriculum design and teaching management system of intelligent manufacturing vocational teachers.
