卓越农林人才培养体系中学生管理工作的改革探索与实践

以卓越农林人才培养计划2.0总体要求为切入点,针对当前卓越农林人才培养过程中学生管理工作存在的学生逆反心理较强,管理人员缺乏、管理能力不足,管理制度有待完善等问题,开展了有针对性的改革探索与实践,如:创新管理体系,实现精细化管理和精细化教育,优化管理方式,建立学生自主管理制度,建立合理的奖惩制度,注重人文教育,丰富校园文化,尊重学生个性化发展,提供良好的环境与氛围,建立学生管理工作实施的保障机制,并取得了初步成效。在科学技术飞速发展的社会环境下,培养拔尖农林研发人才和技术推广人才,需要紧密结合实施卓越农林人才培养计划的实际,以提高学生综合能力和综合素质为改革根本,以实现学生全面发展为最终目标,为新时代的农林科技发展培养技术创新型和能力创新型人才。

There are problems in student management in the process of excellent agricultural and forestry personnel training at present,i.e.lack of management personnel,management ability and management system based on the general requirements of excellent agricultural and forestry personnel training plan 2.0.Targeted reform exploration and practice is developed,i.e.innovation of management system,achievement of refine management and education,optimization of management method,establishment of student self-management system and reasonable rewards and penalties system,attention on humanistic education,enrichment of campus culture,respect of student personalized development,providence of good environment and atmosphere,and establishment of guarantee mechanism of student management.In this way,the reform above has achieved initial results.In the social environment of rapid development of science and technology,cultivating top-notch agricultural and forestry R&D talents and technology promotion talents needs to be closely combined with the reality of implementing the excellent agricultural and forestry talent training plan,take improving students’comprehensive ability and comprehensive quality as the basis of reform,and realize students’all-round development as the ultimate goal,cultivate talents with technological innovation and ability innovation for the development of agriculture and forestry science and technology in the new era.
