摘要
以南京城市职业学院来华留学生管理为例,对高职院校留学生管理对策进行研究。阐述了来华留学生管理中存在的问题并提出了改善措施:加强顶层设计,构建有中国特色的管理体系和管理机制;完善人才培养方案,建设好师资队伍;严控来华留学生入学门槛,聚焦质量保障体系。高职院校在来华留学生日常教育管理过程中推动不同文化间的相互影响和相互适应,为“一带一路”沿线来华留学生提供和中国学生平等一致的、无差异化的教育环境、教育资源。
Through taking management of foreign students in Nanjing City Vocational College as an example,the study analyzes the management countermeasures for foreign students in higher vocational colleges,expounds problems,and proposes the improvement measures,i.e.to strengthen top-level design,construct Chinese characteristic management system and management mechanism;perfect talent training scheme,construct teaching staff;strictly control the entrance of international students in China,and pay attention to quality insurance system.Higher vocational colleges should promote the influence and mutual adaption of different cultures in the process of daily education management of foreign students in China,to provide equal and indifferent education environment and resources for foreign students from countries along the Belt and Road Initiative as Chinese students.
