为了提升大学生心理健康水平,探讨了高校大学生心理健康辅导策略。介绍了大学生常见的心理健康问题及其成因,从四个方面对其进行了分析,并提出了高校大学生心理健康辅导策略:在教育教学方面,定期为教师组织心理健康教育交流活动和培训,提高教师业务水平,更新教育模式,培养大学生的思想品德修养,提高学生明辨是非的能力;在实践活动方面,理论与实际相结合,加强宣传教育,设立学生心理社团,对社团工作人员进行心理健康教育培训,了解社团成员的性格特征、心理健康状态,及时疏导存在心理健康问题的学生;在咨询服务方面,设立心理健康辅导中心,聘请专业心理教师为学生排忧解难,开通多种渠道的咨询方式,保证咨询服务的多样性、及时性、隐私性;在预防干预方面,定期开展心理健康评测,不断加强评测的科学性和广泛度,建立心理健康预防机制,加强健康生活方式的宣传,排查可能存在心理问题的学生,主动干预并给予心理疏导,及时掌握学生的心理健康状态,进而提升学生的心理健康水平,促进其身心健康发展。

In order to improve the mental health level of college students,the study explores the strategies for mental health counseling of college students,introduces the common mental health problems and the causes of college students,analyzes from four aspects,and proposes strategies for mental health counseling of college students:in teaching aspect,organize mental health education communication activities and training regularly for teachers,improve teacher’s professional skills,innovate teaching model,train college student’s ideological morality cultivation,and promote student’s ability of clear distinction between right and wrong;in practical activities,combine theory with practical situation,promote publicity,establish student mental community,train the community staff on mental health education,know the community member’s traits of character and mental health situation,and timely help students with mental problems;in counselling service,establish mental health counseling center,employ professional mental teachers to help students to solve problems,develop various channels of counselling service,guarantee the diversity,timeliness and privacy of consultation service;in prevention and intervention,regularly developing mental health evaluation,continuously promote the scientificity and width of evaluation,establish mental health prevention and control mechanism,promote the publicity of health life,find out the students who may have mental problems,actively intervene and make psychological counseling,timely grasp the student’s mental health situation,to promote the student’s mental health level and development.
