摘要
以对工商管理专业翻转混合式教学为研究基础,将一个完整的教学流程分为课前、课中和课后三个环节,采用混合式课堂教学新应用方法包括“互联网+”教学、成果导向教育、合作学习、快速阅读法、总结串联并联式学习法等,揭示了知识的传递、内化和外用的全过程,分析了混合翻转教学实施效果,证明了翻转混合式课堂教学有利于全面提升工商管理专业学生的自主学习能力、沟通能力、团队合作能力、创新开发能力、实践能力等多重素养,符合新时代产业发展对工商管理人才提出的新要求。
Based on the research on the flipped blended teaching of business administration specialty,a complete teaching process is divided into three links:pre-class,in-class and after-class.The new application methods of blended classroom teaching include‘Internet+’teaching,results-oriented education,cooperative learning,fast reading method,summary series and parallel learning method,etc.The whole process of knowledge transmission,internalization and external use is revealed.This paper analyzes the implementation effect of the blended flipped teaching,and proves that the flipped blended classroom teaching is conducive to comprehensively improving the multiple qualities of business administration majors,such as autonomous learning ability,communication ability,teamwork ability,innovation and development ability,and practical ability,which meets the new requirements of industrial development for business administration talents in the new era.
