摘要
基于就业导向,对康复治疗学专业实践教学进行分析。要明确康复治疗学人才培养方向,合理设置教学内容,突出教学针对性,加强临床实践技能培养,建立临床技能多站式考核体系,以期形成特色的康复治疗学专业教学模式,引导学生客观分析个人优势及不足,提升社会竞争力,强化就业能力。
Based on employment orientation,the study analyzes the practice teaching of rehabilitation therapy specialty.It is suggested to clarify the talent training orientation of rehabilitation therapy,rationally set teaching content,highlight teaching targets,strengthen clinical practical skill training,and establish clinical skill multi-station examination system,in order to form characteristic rehabilitation therapy specialty teaching mode,guide student’s objective analysis of individual advantages and disadvantages,improve social competition,and strengthen employment ability.
