摘要
以建筑类专业为例,探讨了劳动教育融入专业课程教育的对策。从劳动教育的含义、劳动教育的原则、劳动教育与学科融合的教学价值三方面入手,对劳动教育进行了概述。分析了劳动教育融入专业课程存在的问题,表现在存在边缘化倾向,与时代发展结合不够密切,专业课程与劳动教育未充分融合,未贴合学生的发展特点。提出了劳动教育融入专业课程的解决对策,应明确立德树人的教育理念,建立健全劳动教育体系,结合学生发展特点,保证劳动教育效果,进而提升建筑类专业人才的职业技能和劳动素养,使其成长为高素质的技术技能型人才。
Through taking architecture major as an example,the study explores the countermeasures of the integration of labor education into professional course education,and summarizes labour education from the following aspects:the implication and principle of labor education,and the integration of labor education and discipline.Then the study analyzes the problems of the integration of labor education,marginalization tendency,insufficient connection with era development,insufficient integration between professional course and labor education,and separation of student’s development characteristics.Countermeasures of the integration of labor education into professional course are proposed,i.e.to clarify the education concept of strengthening moral and cultivating people,establish perfect labor education system,combine with student’s development characteristics,guarantee the labor education effect,promote the professional skill and labor attainment of talents of construction major,and promote them to become technique skilled talents of high quality.
