摘要
高职教育作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,肩负着培养技术技能型人才的重任。在实施现代学徒制的过程中,传统的“双导师制”人才培养已经不能满足学生多样化、个性化的培养需求,有针对性的“三导师制”人才培养模式将成为一种趋势。文章以国家“百万高职扩招”生源的人才培养为抓手,从机制保障、教学组织及课程评价等方面探索“三导师制”的实施成效。
As an important part of China′s higher education,higher vocational education shoulders the important task of cultivating technical and skilled talents.In the implementation of modern apprenticeships,the traditional talent training with"dual tutorial system"can no longer meet the diversified and personalized training needs of students,and the well-directed talent training mode with"three-tutorial system"will become a trend.This paper,taking the talent training of the students under"enrollment expansion of millions of higher vocational institutes"as the starting point,explored the implementation effect of the"three-tutorial system"from the aspects of mechanism guarantee,teaching organization and curriculum evaluation.
