Exploration on Quality Evaluation and Feedback System of Secondary Vocational Talents Training

中等职业教育作为职业教育的重要组成部分,有着不同于其他类型教育的特色功能及人才培养模式,中职教育教学质量是一个系统的构成,不仅涉及教学工作各方面和各环节,还与教学工作外的其他工作密切相关。文章通过分析现有人才教学质量评价及反馈体系,探索中职教育教学质量评价及反馈体系的构建,提出相关的建议及措施。

Secondary vocational education,as an important part of vocational education,has characteristics and functions different from other types of education and talent training mode.The teaching quality of secondary vocational education is a systematic composition,which not only involves all aspects and links of teaching work,but also closely relates to other work.By analyzing the existing talent teaching quality evaluation and feedback system,this paper explores the construction of the quality evaluation and feedback system of secondary vocational education and puts forward relevant suggestions and measures.
