摘要
选用聚乙烯滚塑专用树脂DNDB 7149U粉料作为基础树脂,考察受阻酚类抗氧剂1076、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168对滚塑制品内表面黄色指数、白度的影响,并采用红外光谱分析方法对滚塑制品内表面老化现象进行了分析和研究。结果表明:相同滚塑工艺条件下,单独添加抗氧剂168的滚塑制品内表面的黄色指数高达32.48、白度值低至0.97;同时添加2种抗氧剂的滚塑制品内表面的黄色指数最低为6.54、白度值为37.74,且力学性能最优。由于这2种抗氧剂具有较好协同作用,因此可有效降低滚塑制品的黄变性能。
The effect of hindered phenolic antioxidant 1076 and phosphite antioxidant 168 on yellow index and whiteness of the internal surface of the rotational molding products was studied by using DNDB7149 U powder as the base resin,and the aging phenomenon was analyzed and studied by Infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that under the same rotational molding process,the yellow index and whiteness of inner surface of the molding product with antioxidant 168 alone was 32.48 and 0.97 while adding the two antioxidants.The yellow index and whiteness of the inner surface of the molding product with above two antioxidants was 6.54 and 37.74 respectively,and its mechanical properties were the best.Because of synergistic effect of the two antioxidants,the yellowing property of rotational molding products could be effectively improved.
