摘要
通过对比不同厂家生产的相同牌号炭黑应用在胎侧配方中的差异性,探讨其对胎侧终炼胶及成品性能的影响。测试结果表明:炭黑不同的纯度,伴随着筛余物、加热减量的减少,断裂伸长率等性能得到不同程度的提高,且胎侧胶料的分散性、回弹性得到提升,成品胎胎侧的屈挠性能得到提升,成品的高速及耐久性能略有提升,可为制作不同性能成品胎的厂家提供技术参考。
Aiming at application difference of the same brand carbon black produced by different manufacturers in the sidewall formula,effect of carbon black on the final rubber for sidewall and the finished tire was discussed.The test results showed that purity of the previously mentioned several carbon black was different,with the reduction of sieve residue and heating loss,the properties such as elongation at break could be improved by varying degrees,the dispersion and resilience of sidewall compound could be improved,flexibility of finished sidewall could be improved,and high-speed and durability of finished tire could be slightly improved,which provided technical reference for manufacturers of finished tires with different properties.
