超声波在炼油厂重污油脱水脱盐中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了超声波作用对重污油性质及微观状态的影响,以及超声波功率、处理温度对重污油盐含量、水含量的影响。试验结果表明,超声波对重污油具有较明显的强化破乳作用,且功率越大,脱水脱盐效果越好;在同一超声波条件下,温度越高,脱水脱盐效果越好;在70℃下,超声波功率2 000 W时,经7 d沉降,脱后重污油水含量(质量分数)为1.3%,达到了某炼油厂常减压装置重污油回炼水含量指标要求。 Effect of ultrasonic on the properties and micro state of heavy waste oil,as well as the effect of ultrasonic power and treatment temperature on the salt content and water content of heavy waste oil is studied.The experimental results show that ultrasonic has obvious effect of enhancing demulsification of heavy waste oil,and the higher the power,the better the dehydration and desalination effect.Under the same ultrasonic condition,the higher the temperature,the better the dehydration and desalination effect.At 70℃and 2000 W ultrasonic power,after 7 days of sedimentation,the content(mass fraction)of heavy sewage oil and water after removal is 1.3 wt%,which meets the index requirements of heavy sewage oil recycled water in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of a refinery.
