摘要
针对齐鲁芳烃装置建设时间早、产能低、工艺流程长、效益差的问题,通过新建二甲苯再蒸馏塔、增加歧化单元和抽提单元碳八芳烃进新建二甲苯再蒸馏塔的跨线等改造,实现了停产对二甲苯、邻二甲苯;转产混合二甲苯;停运芳烃吸附分离单元、二甲苯异构化单元以及二甲苯精馏塔导热油加热炉、歧化单元汽提塔塔底热油再沸器。根据2021年3月份的运转数据进行初步测算,停运吸附分离、异构化单元及导热油加热炉后,能耗(标油)由原来的176.00 kg/t降至现在的127.70 kg/t,月度实现增效约945.90万元。
Aiming at the characteristics of Qilu aromatics unit,such as early construction time,low production capacity,long technological process and poor benefit,the following reform measures were implemented,involved newly build xylene redistillation tower,additional overline for feed of C_(8) aromatics from disproportionation and extraction units to the newly build xylene redistillation tower.The following modified projects were realized,such as stop production of P-xylene and O-xylene,converted production of the combined xylene,shutdown of these devices such as aromatics adsorption separation and xylene isomerization unit,heat transfer oil heating furnace of the xylene distillation tower and hot oil reboiler in bottom of stripper bottom disproportionation tower.Based on preliminary calculation of the operating data of March 2021,the energy consumption(standard oil)was decreased from original 176.00 kg/t to current 127.70 kg/t,the monthly benefit increase was about 9.459 million yuan.
