S Zorb装置汽油辛烷值损失影响因素及优化措施

摘要 对S Zorb装置汽油辛烷值损失的影响因素进行分析,指出降低汽油辛烷值损失的关键是抑制烯烃加氢饱和反应,针对反应温度、反应压力、氢油体积比、质量空速、吸附剂活性等影响因素,提出降低汽油辛烷值损失的措施,使该装置的辛烷值损失平均值由0.8降至0.4,提高了装置经济效益。 Effect factors of gasoline octane number loss in S Zorb unit were analyzed,the key to reducing gasoline octane number loss was to inhibit hydrogenation saturation reaction of the olefins.Aiming at the effect factors such as reaction temperature and pressure,volume ratio of hydrogen to oil,mass space velocityand adsorbent activity,measures to reduce the gasoline octane number loss were put forth.Octane number average loss value of the unit was reduced from 0.8 to 0.4,and economic profit of the unit was increased.
