摘要
以石脑油加氢装置尾气脱硫及吸收单元为研究对象,以设计数据为基础,使用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对石脑油加氢装置尾气脱硫及吸收单元进行了流程模拟,建立了与实际工况吻合的稳态流程模型。利用此模型,对吸收温度、吸收压力、MDEA质量分数、酸性气处理量进行了综合分析并进行了操作参数优化:贫胺液温度为35~45℃,酸性气进料量为2 000~3 000 kg/h,同时,贫胺液中MDEA质量分数应大于18%。
Took the tail gas desulfurization and absorption section of naphtha hydrogenation unit in some petrochemical company as research project,based on the design data,the process simulation of tail gas desulfurization and absorption section was carried out with Aspen Plus,and steady-state process model of the section was established which was consistent with the actual working conditions.The absorption temperature,absorption pressure,MDEA concentration and acid gas flow was analyzed comprehensively.The operating parameters were optimized as follows:temperature of lean amine solution was 35~45℃,the acid gas flow was 2000-3000 kg/h,and the concentration of MDEA in lean amine solution should be greater than 18%.
