摘要
为实现提升城市综合治理能力的目的,以攀枝花市卫星遥感监测信息服务为例,剖析卫星遥感监测体系在城市运行管理服务领域的建设模式。针对传统管理手段存在的问题提出卫星遥感监测体系建设思路,重点阐述该体系在统一的时空基础框架下卫星数据获取、信息提取、应用服务三方面的功能,打造感知、分析、服务、指挥、监督“五位一体”的能力,实现统筹资源、共享共用,为实现攀枝花市智慧城管全域智慧化提供强有力的技术支撑。
In order to achieve the purpose of improving the comprehensive city management capacity,this paper takes the construction of satellite remote sensing monitoring in the smart city management of Panzhihua as an example and analyses the construction mode of satellite remote sensing monitoring system in the field of urban operation and management services.The paper introduces the construction idea and focuses on the satellite remote sensing monitoring system under the unified space-time foundation framework,including satellite data acquisition,information extraction and application services,to build a "five-in-one" capability of perception,analysis,service,command and supervision,to realize the coordination of resources,sharing and common use,and to provide strong technical support for the realization of Panzhihua’s smart city management in the whole area.
