烧伤合并烟雾吸入性肺损伤病理机制和治疗研究新进展 被引量:2

New research progress on the pathological mechanism and treatment of burns complicated with smoke inhalation lung injury

摘要 舰船火灾事故中,中、重度烧伤患者常伴有吸入性损伤,并有较高的病死率;如何妥善处理烟雾吸入导致的急性肺损伤(SI-ALI),保存部队战斗力,一直是烧伤科医师面临的巨大挑战。笔者通过阅读国内外已发表的有关烧伤合并SI-ALI的文献,对目前吸入性损伤的病理机制及临床表现、诊断方法、治疗措施等方面的研究新进展进行综述。 In fire accidents,large-area burn patients are often accompanied by inhalation injury and have a high mortality rate;how to properly handle smoke inhalation resulting in acute lung injury(SI-ALI)has always been a huge challenge for burn apartment medical workers.By reading the published literature on SI-ALI,the author reviewed the current research progress in pathological mechanism and clinical manifestations,diagnostic methods,treatment measures of inhalation injury.
