湖北某磷石膏堆场渗滤液产生量的预测分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过对湖北楚星磷石膏堆场2021-2030年渗滤液产量进行预测,来指导建造渗滤液收集设施以及提出渗滤液污染防治措施。采用渣场水平衡计算模型,对渣场2021-2030年期间的降水量、干基磷石膏含水量、沉降挤出水量、蒸发量和孔隙截留水量进行计算。结果表明:渗滤液产生量主要受沉降挤出水量影响,在渣场运行初期2021-2022年间由于沉降挤压水量由最初的16万立方米减少了30%,使得渗滤液产生量较少。之后2023-2030年内沉降挤压水量平均每年增加18%,渗滤液产生量平均每年增加23%。该结论对后续渗滤液收集处理奠定了基础。 The leachate output of Chuxing phosphogypsum storage field in Hubei Province from 2021 to 2030 was predicted for guiding the construction of leachate collection facilities and proposing measures for leachate pollution prevention.The precipitation,water content of dry-based phosphogypsum,sedimentation and extrusion water,evaporation and pore interception water of the storage field were calculated by water balance calculation model of the storage field during 2021-2030.The results show that the leachate production is mainly affected by the amount of sedimentation extrusion water.In the initial operation period of the storage field from 2021 to 2022,the amount of sedimentation and extrusion water decreased by 30%from 160000 cubic meters,which produced less leachate.During 2023-2030,the average amount of sedimentation and extrusion water will increase by 18%and the average amount of leachate increase by about 23%every year.This conclusion lays a foundation for the subsequent leachate collection and treatment.
