摘要
考虑海上浮式储油装置外输量增加,需进行高频率外输作业改进设计的需求,采用HydrostarV8.10和Orcaflex10.3d进行单点系泊装置水动力、系泊力模拟计算,结果表明,增加单船次输量时单点系泊受力及提油轮大缆拉力增加的幅度较小,且在系泊装置设计能力范围内,浮式储油装置原油装载及值守船拖带能力校核均满足作业方式改进需求,作业方式的改进可降低外输作业工作量,有效解决外输作业的船舶资源占用和不能及时外输作业的问题。
Considering that the improved design of the high-frequency offloading system needed to be carried out for the FPSO due to the increase of offloading operations,the software of HydrostarV8.10 and Orcaflex 10.3d were used to simulate the hydrodynamic and mooring force of the single point mooring device.The calculation results showed that when the offloading was increased,the increase of mooring force at a single point and the tension of the lifting tanker’s hawser will be small and within the designed capacity of the mooring device;the crude oil loading capacity of the FPSO and the towing capacity of the supporting ship can meet the requirements of operation mode improvement.The improvement of operation can reduce the workload of offloading operation and effectively solve the problem of ship resource occupation and not being able to offload in time.
