温带平台极地作业适应性评估

On Feasibility Assessment Methods for Normal offshore Drilling Unit in Polar Region

摘要 针对北极地区受北极海域环境低温、作业窗口窄、环保要求高等限制而油气勘探开发装备不足的问题,提出一种对温带平台做适应性改造以满足北极作业需求的评估技术方案,分析极地低温对海洋钻井平台结构、设备及作业环保等方面的影响因素,建立温带平台极地作业适用性评估技术流程体系,对南海作业的某平台进行评估分析,其原结构满足极地作业环境,防喷器及控制流程优化后,可满足寒带温度作业需求,方案拓展了常规温带平台适用环境范围,可为海洋钻井平台设计及改造理论提供新的思路。 Aiming at the problem of lacking drilling unit in Arctic region due to the low temperature of the polar sea environment,narrow operation window and high environmental protection requirements,a technical evaluation scheme for adapting the normal platform to meet the needs of the Arctic operation was proposed.The factors affecting the safety of hull structure,equipment and environmental protection of offshore drilling units operating in polar region were analyzed to establish the evaluation technology system for normal offshore drilling units.The proposed method was used to evaluate a unit operating in south China sea,which structure could meet the requirements of high temperature operation,but its bop and control flow should be optimized.The proposed scheme can expand the applicable environments scope of normal offshore units and provide a new idea for the design and modification of offshore drilling units.
