调研LNG船用应急释放系统技术现状,对比国内外技术进展,分析液动和气动2种应急释放系统的结构和布置特点,结合国内行业现状,分析应急释放系统难以国产化的原因,提出应急释放系统国产化的技术要点。

The technical status and development of LNG emergency release system for LNG carrier was investigated.Through the comparative analysis of technologies at home and abroad,the structure and layout characteristics of hydraulic and pneumatic emergency release systems were analyzed.Combined with the current situation of domestic industry,the reasons for the difficulty of localization of emergency release system were discussed,and the key technical points required for the localization were put forward.
