Technical Status and Application Prospect Analysis of Quick Connection Device in LNG Transportation System

结合LNG转运场所用快速连接装置的技术进展,相关的标准规范要求、分析手动和液压两种快速连接装置的工作原理和关键密封技术,认为我国LNG输送系统快速连接装置仍有部分关键核心技术影响全面国产化,对这些技术的发展提出建议。

Combined with the technical progress of quick connect devices used in LNG transfer sites and the requirements of relevant standards and specifications,the working principle and key sealing technology of manual and hydraulic quick connect devices were analyzed.It was concluded that there are still some key technologies in the rapid connection unit of LNG transmission system in China which affect the localization of LNG transmission system,and some suggestions are put forward for the development of these technologies.
