摘要
为了解在排烟管尾部安装排烟喷射装置后,海洋平台原油发电机产生的烟气的排放情况,对排烟喷射装置的喷射效果进行数值模拟,对比分析在无风和侧风6级情况下不同设计方案的喷射效果,计算结果表明:在管道压力可承受的范围内,适当缩小排烟管道内径,可获得更好的排烟喷射效果,考虑到海上安装情况及主机背压要求,选择适当管道内径的装置,也能达到设计和使用要求。
In order to investigate the smoke emission from the crude oil generator on the offshore platform after the smoke ejector was installed at the tail of the exhaust pipe,the spray effect of the smoke ejector was numerically simulated.The spray effect under the condition of no wind and cross wind of 6 levels was comparatively analyzed.The results showed that,in the range of pipeline pressure,reducing the inner diameter of smoke exhaust pipe appropriately can obtain better smoke exhaust jet effect.Considering the offshore installation situation and the requirements of the main engine back pressure,the device with the same inner diameter of the pipe can also meet the design and application requirements.
