摘要
随着钢结构在公路桥梁中的占比不断增大、钢材强度与质量的不断提升、防腐工艺的不断改良,其应用于桥梁工程更加经济、实用,潜力巨大。提出了一种三点式钢横隔梁标准化生产及施工误差控制方法,一方面通过主要构件的标准化生产,提高生产质量及生产速度,使得钢横隔梁能够适应并提高桥梁上部施工生产,另一方面通过一定的焊接连接方法,完成钢横隔梁与组合小箱梁结构的顺利安装连接,使得钢横隔梁在安装过程中可抵御一定的梁板施工误差风险。
With the increasing proportion of steel structure in highway bridges,the continuous improvement of steel strength and quality and the continuous improvement of anti-corrosion technology,its application in bridge engineering is more economical,practical and has great potential.The standardized production and construction error control method of a three-point steel diaphragm is put forward.On the one hand,the production quality and production speed are improved through the standardized production of main components,so that the steel diaphragm can adapt to and improve the construction and production of the upper part of the bridge.On the other hand,the smooth installation and connection of steel diaphragm and composite small box girder structure are completed through a certain welding connection method,so that the steel diaphragm can resist a certain risk of beam and slab construction error during the installation.
