桥梁拉索防火隔热系统的试验研究及应用

摘要 拉索作为缆索类桥梁的关键受力构件,在无防护条件下,一旦发生火灾事故将给桥梁带来严重的安全隐患。研究桥梁拉索的火灾防护系统具有重要意义。依托埃及Rod EI Farag桥工程,对拉索防火隔热系统进行试验研究,试验结果满足拉索外部在1100℃环境下,持续90min(国际PTI规范要求30min)时间内,拉索钢绞线表面的温度不超过300℃的要求,并对防火隔热系统进行安装工艺可靠性试验研究。研究的防火隔热系统满足埃及Rod EI Farag桥工程要求,并已成功应用于该工程中。 As the key stressed component of cable bridge,cable will bring serious potential safety hazards to the bridge in case of fire accident without protection.It is of great significance to study the fire protection system of bridge cable.Relying on the Egyptian Rod EI Farag bridge project,the experimental research on the fireproof and heat insulation system for cable is carried out.The test results meet the requirements that the surface temperature of the steel strand of cable shall not exceed 300℃within 90min(30min required by the international PTI code)under the external cable environment of 1100℃,and the experimental research on the reliability of installation process of the fireproof and heat insulation system is carried out.The fireproof and heat insulation system studied can meet the requirements of Rod EI Farag bridge project in Egypt,and it has been successfully applied to the project.
