摘要
选择两种不同类型的防水体系(Eliminator防水材料与GS溶剂型粘结剂材料)对防水体系性能进行试验研究,结果表明:两种防水粘结材料组成的防水体系均能满足钢桥面铺装防水粘结层的性能要求;Eliminator防水材料与钢板之间粘结强度明显高于GS溶剂型粘结剂材料;GS溶剂型粘结剂材料与铺装下层(GA-10混凝土)的粘结强度略高于Eliminator防水材料;Eliminator防水材料组合结构剪切强度值在25℃优于GS溶剂型粘结剂材料,而在温度达到55℃时,两种防水粘结材料剪切强度值明显降低。
The experimental research on the performance of the waterproof system is made by selecting two different types of waterproof systems(Eliminator waterproof material and GS solvent based binder material).The results show that:the waterproof system composed of two kinds of waterproof bonding materials can meet the performance requirements of the waterproof bonding layer of steel bridge deck pavement;the bonding strength between Eliminator waterproof material and steel plate is significantly higher than that of GS solvent based binder material;the bonding strength between GS solvent based binder material and the lower layer of pavement(GA-10 concrete)is slightly higher than that of Eliminator waterproof material;the shear strength of Eliminator waterproof material composite structure is better than that of GS solvent based binder material at 25℃,and the shear strength of the two kinds of waterproof binder materials decreases significantly when the temperature reaches 55℃.
