Design Concept of Quality Engineering and Intelligent Highway for the New Line of Rongcheng-Wuhai Expressway

荣乌高速公路新线是雄安新区“四纵三横”区域高速路网的重要组成路段,项目的建设对完善雄安新区对外骨干交通路网,推动京津冀协同发展交通一体化进程,具有非常重要的意义。项目遵循雄安新区“世界眼光、国际标准、中国特色、高点定位”要求,以“永久路面、智能建造、智慧高速”三大创新为主轴,着力将本项目打造成便捷、安全、绿色、智能的京南雄北货运主通道。以环视角度重点介绍了项目设计过程中道路工程、桥梁工程、路线交叉、智慧交通等各专业落实“品质工程,智慧公路”的措施,希望为其他平原区高速公路项目建设提供参考。

The new line of Rongcheng-Wuhai expressway is an important part of the"four vertical and three horizontal"regional expressway network in Xiong'an new area.The construction of the project is of great significance to improve the external backbone transportation network of Xiong'an new area and promote the coordinated development of transportation integration in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The project follows the requirements of"world vision,international standards,Chinese characteristics and high point positioning"of Xiong'an new area,focuses on the three innovations of"permanent pavement,intelligent construction and intelligent expressway",and strives to build the project into a convenient,safe,green and intelligent main freight channel from south to north of Beijing.The road engineering,bridge engineering,route crossing,intelligent transportation and other disciplines are introduced emphatically in the process of project design from the perspective of looking around,and the measures of"quality engineering,intelligent highway"are implemented,so as to provide reference for the construction of expressway projects in other plain areas.
