石油化工码头岸电系统安全技术难点分析

摘要 靠港船舶利用自身辅机发电会产生巨大污染,靠港船舶推广使用船舶岸电技术,给环境保护、绿色经济、节能减排和环境治理带来巨大的社会效益和经济效益,油轮和石油化工码头在重视环境保护的同时,还应重视安全生产。重点分析了石油化工码头应用船舶岸电技术在船舶随时保持自航移动能力、油品装卸、码头岸电设施布置、防静电和船舶紧急脱离方面存在的安全技术难点。只有这些问题和难点得到有效合理的解决后,才能在石油化工码头应用岸电技术。 Berthing ships generate huge pollution by using their own auxiliary machinery.The promotion and use of ship shore power technology by berthing ships has brought huge social and economic benefits to environmental protection,green economy,energy conservation and emission reduction and environmental governance.While paying attention to environmental protection,oil tankers and petrochemical deck should also pay attention to safe production.The safety technical difficulties existing in the application of ship shore power technology in petrochemical deck are analyzed emphatically in the aspects of maintaining the self-navigation mobility of ships at any time,oil product loading and unloading,the layout of deck shore power facilities,anti-static and emergency separation of ships.Only after these problems and difficulties are effectively and reasonably solved can shore power technology be applied in petrochemical deck.
