摘要 目的:分析医学影像技师岗位胜任的影响因素,旨在为考核评估其工作提供参考。方法:采取文献分析和访谈法设计和制作问卷,并通过线上和线下结合的方式对410名医院的影像技师分二轮进行问卷调查,使用SPSS 24.0统计分析其岗位胜任的影响因素。结果:两轮问卷函调的有效回收率分别为96.1%(173/180)和91.7%(211/230),统计分析显示影响技师岗位胜任主要因素有综合能力、职业形象、价值观、技师特性及就业动机,影响因素的权重比例分别为45.94%、7.65%、6.10%、9.82%;经相关性分析显示医学影像技师胜任程度与技师综合技能、职业形象、职业价值观、技师特性及就业动机呈正相关(P<0.05),与影像技师所处医院等级及最后学历变量呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:除影像技师所处医院等级及最后学历外,影像技师综合能力、职业形象、价值观、技师特性及就业动机是影响医学影像技师胜任上岗最主要因素,本研究结果可为医院影像技师工作评价、岗位选拨、绩效评估及培训考核等提供参考意见。 Objective:To analyze the factors affecting the competency of medical imaging technicians,and to provide reference for the assessment of their work.Methods:The questionnaire was designed and made by literature analysis and interview method,and the questionnaire survey was conducted in two rounds among 410 hospital imaging technicians by online and offline methods.SPSS 24.0 was used to statiscally analyze the influencing factors of competency on duty.Results:The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaires were 96.1%(173/180)and 91.7%(211/230)respectively.The statistical analysis showed that the main factors affecting technician post competency were comprehensive ability,image,values,characteristics and employment motivation,and the weight proportion of influencing factors were 45.94%,7.65%,6.10%and 9.82%,respectively.Correlation analysis showed that the competency of medical imaging technicians was positively correlated with their comprehensive skills,professional image,professional values,professional characteristics and employment motivation(P<0.05),was negatively correlated with the hospital grade of the imaging technician and the final educational variables(P<0.05).Conclusion:In addition to the hospital grade and the last education variable of the imaging technician,the comprehensive ability,professional image,values,characteristics and employment motivation of the imaging technician are the most important factors affecting the competency of the medical imaging technician,which can provide reference for the job evaluation,job selection,performance evaluation and training assessment of the hospital imaging technician.
