“双减”视域下课后服务的难点与进路 被引量:61

摘要 “双减”政策彰显科教兴国战略目标,聚焦立德树人根本任务,规制教育资本无序扩张。目前,“双减”背景下的课后服务难点在学生方面体现为课外补习负担能否真正减轻、多样化需求能否真正得到满足、学习力和发展力能否得到提升;在教师方面体现为工作负担有可能加重、心理负担有可能加剧、角色负担有可能加码;在提质增效方面体现为课后服务覆盖面不广、实效性不强、监管力度不大等问题。探析“双减”背景下的课后服务进路:要坚持“以学生为中心”,筑牢“立德树人”工程;坚持“以教师为主体”,提升教师对课后服务参与黏性和创造性;坚持以“双减”为契机,切实提升课后服务质量。 The “double reduction” policy highlights the strategic goal of rejuvenating the country through science and education, focuses on the fundamental task of moral education, and regulates the disorderly expansion of educational capital. Currently, the difficulties of after-school service against the background of “double reduction” are reflected as follows:(1) in terms of students, issues including whether the burden of extracurricular tutoring can be really reduced, whether the diversified needs can be met, and whether their learning and development ability can be truly improved should be taken into account;(2) in terms of teachers, their workload, psychological burden and role burden may greatly increase;(3) in terms of improving quality and efficiency, the coverage of after-school service is not complete, the effectiveness of this service can’t be guaranteed, and the supervision is not strong enough. In order to improve the after-school service, we should adhere to the “student-centered” principle and build the project of moral education;respect teachers’ subjectivity and improve teachers’ constancy and creativity in the after-school service participation;take the “double reduction” policy as an opportunity to effectively improve the overall quality of after-school service.
