摘要
为提高车辆直线行驶的能力,文中分析了电动助力转向系统因主动回正功能导致车辆跑偏的因素,提出电动助力转向系统角度零位学习的控制策略,并通过了测试验证。结果表明:该策略能消除电动助力转向系统转角零位与车辆直线行驶转向器中心位置的偏差,从而解决车辆因电动助力转向系统回正功能导致跑偏的问题,为车辆驾驶稳定性开发设计提供方法。
In order to improve the straight-line driving ability of the vehicle,the factors that cause the vehicle to pull aside due to the active return function of the electric power steering system were analyzed,and a control strategy for the angle zero position learning of the electric power steering system was proposed,and the strategy was verified by the test.The results show that this strategy can eliminate the deviation between the zero position of the electric power steering system and the center position of steering gear at the vehicle's straight-line status,so as to solve the problem of vehicle pulling caused by the return function of the electric power steering system,and provide a method for the development and design of vehicle driving stability.
