摘要
基于生物学原理,分析了手部的动作、感知和疲劳特征,在对多种汽车操纵件的物理属性分析的基础上,结合舒适性和操纵性的耦合过程,总结出了手控舒适性的设计方法,包括操纵方式、操纵范围、力和空间、触感握感、辨识理解和特殊需求6个方面,并结合实例阐述了相关的设计思路。基于生物学特征的手控舒适性设计方法,区别于过往的对标式设计和经验设计,为汽车操纵件人因工程设计提供了一种新思路。
Based on the biological principle,the action,perception and fatigue features of the hand were analyzed.Base on the analyse for physical features of auto control parts and the interconnection of operation and comfort,a method for hand contorl comfort(HCC)design was summarized,including opertation types,opertation ranges,force and space,perception,understanding and special requirements.This method for HCC based on biology is different from benchmark or experience,which provides a new method for auto control parts design.
