摘要
根据安全带固定点的强度要求,建立了汽车前排座椅安全带固定点的有限元模型。基于有限元分析软件进行安全带固定点强度仿真分析,得到相应的座椅零部件应变云图。根据分析结果提出了改进方案,并对改进方案进行了仿真分析及试验验证。结果表明:改进方案的强度满足客户的要求。
According to the strength requirement of seat belt anchorage,the finite element of seat frame was established.Based on the finite element analysis theory,the strength of seat belt anchorage was analyzed.The strain contour maps were obtained by using the HyperWorks software.According to analysis results,an improved scheme was proposed.The test and the CAE analysis of the improved scheme were verified.The result indicates that the strength of the improved scheme meets the customer requirement.
