汽车手动玻璃升降器耐久试验装置的设计

Design of Durability Test Device for Automobile Manual Window Regulator

为解决手动玻璃升降器耐久试验问题,文中提出一种汽车手动玻璃升降器耐久试验装置。该试验装置利用铝合金型材搭建试验基架,使用PLC可编程控制系统来实现控制,采用玻璃升降器电器作为驱动装置,使用齿轮传动作为传动方式,配合扭矩传感器、驱动圆盘等装置,从而实现开展汽车手动玻璃升降器耐久试验。

In order to solve the problem of durability test of manual window regulator,a durability test device of automobile manual window regulator was proposed.The test device used aluminum alloy profile to build the test base frame,used PLC programmable control system to realize control,used window regulator electrical appliance as the driving device,used gear transmission as the driving mode,and cooperated with torque sensor,driving disc and other devices,so as to realize the durability test of automobile manual window regulator.
