某微卡后桥壳焊缝开裂问题处理 被引量:1

摘要 桥壳是安装主减速器、差速器、半轴、轮毂和悬架的基础件,起着支承并保护主减速器、差速器和半轴的作用。文中针对桥壳半轴套管焊缝开裂问题,对故障问题从整车承载、使用路况、样件失效模式等方面进行了全面系统排查;对故障件进行了深入分析,并通过故障再现确认了故障原因;最后提出了整改措施并通过效果验证。结果表明:熔深率均可达到100%,整改后的样件满足整车使用需求,从而解决了环焊缝开裂问题。 The axle housing is the basic part for installing the final drive,differential,half shaft,hub and suspension,and plays a role in supporting and protecting the final drive,differential and half shaft.Aiming at the crack problem of axle housing half shaft sleeve weld,the fault problems were comprehensively and systematically investigated from the aspects of vehicle load,service road conditions and sample failure mode.The fault parts was deeply analyzed,and the fault cause was confirmed through fault reproduction.The rectification measures were put forward and verified by the effect.The results show that the penetration rate can reach 100%,and the rectified samples can meet the needs of the whole vehicle,so as to solve the problem of circumferential weld cracking.
