摘要
烟气排放连续监测系统(CEMS)设备数据作为环保部门对生产企业执法检查的依据,其及时性、准确性受到越来越多的关注。为了对CEMS设备数据异常原因进行分析研究,采用设备通入标准气体的方法检测出监测数据偏高、偏低、恒值或零值等情况,梳理出常见故障的控制措施,为企业的正常运行提供保障。
The equipment data of flue gas emission continuous monitoring system (CEMS), as the basis for environmental protection departments to inspect the law enforcement of production enterprises, has attracted more and more attention for its timeliness and accuracy. In order to analyze and study the causes of abnormal data of CEMS equipment, the method of injecting standard gas into the equipment is used to detect the high, low, constant or zero value of monitoring data. The method can sort out the control measures of common faults to provide guarantee for the normal operation of the enterprises.
