农村环境卫生治理困境及路径研究——内蒙古包头市G镇为例

Study on the Dilemma and Path of Rural Environmental Health Governance——Taking G Town of Baotou City in Inner Mongolia as an Example

建设生态宜居的农村环境是乡村振兴的重要内容,农村环境卫生治理则是改善农村人居环境的必要环节。乡村振兴战略实施以来,农村环境问题得到了巨大改善,但仍有问题亟待解决。以G镇为研究对象,探究该镇地理特点与环境卫生现状,对该地存在的环境问题及原因进行分析,并提出具有针对性的改善路径,包括因地制宜规划发展、完善垃圾处理体系、加强环卫队伍建设、尊重民意以及激发农村活力增加资金供给等,认为应联合各方主体,实现农村环境卫生的共同治理。

The construction of ecological and livable rural environment is an important part of rural revitalization, and rural environmental health management is a necessary link to improve the rural living environment. Since the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy, rural environmental problems have been greatly improved, but there are still problems to be solved urgently. Taking G town as the research object, this paper explored the geographical characteristics and environmental health status of the town, analyzed the existing environmental problems and their causes, and put forward targeted improvement paths,including planning and development according to local conditions, improving the waste treatment system, strengthening the construction of environmental sanitation team, respecting public opinion, stimulating rural vitality and increasing fund supply, it is suggested that all parties should be united to realize he common governance of rural environmental health.
