摘要
加强企业职工教育,助力在职人群的终身学习始终是终身教育和学习型社会建设极其重要的一环。以S市S区为例,在职人群的学习需求存在着明显的职业导向性、自我导向性和实用导向性。与此同时,他们的学习过程无论是在个体层面还是在社会层面都面临诸多困境:学习意愿不强、学习能力欠缺、家学工学矛盾突出、现有教育资源质量不高、单位支持力度不够等。只有政府、单位、培训机构、家庭、本人等方面多角度多层次合力,才能有效解决上述困难,切实满足他们的学习需求。
Strengthening the education of enterprise workers and helping the lifelong learning is always an extremely important part of the construction of lifelong education and learning society.Through the analysis of S District,S City,we have found that the learning needs of employees are obvious career orientation,self-directivity and practical orientation.At the same time,their learning process is faced with many difficulties like:weak learning willingness,lack of learning ability,outstanding contradiction between family work and study,poor quality of existing educational resources,insufficient unit support,etc.at both individual and social levels.Only when the government,enterprises and public institutions,training institutions,families,and the students themselves take measures from different aspects from multi-angle at multi-levels can the problem be solved through concerted efforts so that their learning needs can be met.
