摘要 “1+X”证书制度下高职工业机器人技术专业现代学徒制课程体系构建十分必要,以湖北科技职业学院为例,依据课程体系构建原则,从校企共同搭建育人平台、明确岗位及职业能力需求、课程体系的开发、课程体系的组织与实施、人才培养质量评价体系等方面构建“工业机器人应用编程”证书标准下工业机器人技术专业现代学徒制课程体系。实践表明,课程体系的重构提升了学生的职业能力和职业素养,成效显著,为工业机器人技术专业在“1+X”证书制度与现代学徒制进行深度融合人才培养的进一步探索打下了坚实的基础。 This paper analyzes the necessity of constructing the modern apprenticeship curriculum system of industrial robot technology specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges under the"1+X"certificate system.Taking Hubei Science and Technology Collegeas an example,according to the principles of curriculum system construction,from the aspects of jointly building an education platform between schools and enterprises,clarifying the needs of posts and professional ability,the development of curriculum system,the organization and implementation of curriculum system in terms of talent training quality evaluation system,the modern apprenticeship curriculum system of industrial robot technology specialty under the certificate standard of"industrial robot application programming"is constructed.Practice shows that the reconstruction of the curriculum system has improved students'professional ability and professional quality with remarkable results,which has laid a solid foundation for the further exploration of the deep integration of industrial robot technology specialty in the"1+X"certificate system and modern apprenticeship system.
