摘要 为使学生能够成为新时代合格的数字公民,需要对学生进行以核心素养为基础的信息技术教育。其中,信息社会责任是核心素养中一个重要内容。文章以信息社会责任素养为切入点,在阅读大量相关文献的基础上,通过对实施信息社会责任教育必要性的原因分析以及对信息社会责任相关概念的解读,提出针对高中信息技术课程教学的几点建议:教师应该深入挖掘教材内容;创设贴近生活的教学情境,开展有效的项目式学习;实施基于学科核心素养的高中信息技术课程评价;全面提升自身的信息社会责任意识等建议,以促进高中生信息社会责任感的培养。 To enable students to become qualified digital citizens in the new era, it is necessary to conduct information technology education based on core literacy. Information social responsibility is an important part of core literacy. Based on the analysis of relevant literature, this paper analyzes the reasons on the necessity of implementing information social responsibility education, while interprets the concepts related to information social responsibility. Based on this, this paper proposes several suggestions such as teachers should dig into the content of teaching materials in high school information technology courses, create a teaching situation that close to life, carry out effective project-based learning, implement high school information technology curriculum evaluation based on subject core accomplishment, and promote the cultivation of high school students’ information social responsibility.
