就业率是衡量高职院校教学质量的重要指标。高职院校要给学生提供亲身感受岗位、了解岗位、为自己制定职业规划的学习过程。利用好校内课程中的实习实训环节,与企业进行深度融合,施行“三全育人”,可以更好地解决学生学什么、怎么学、学之何用等一系列问题,使得学生乐于就业,更知道如何择业,从而稳定就业率,提升就业质量。
