摘要
目的分析认知行为转变(BCW)理论下的健康宣教对肝癌晚期患者的影响。方法选取本院2018年10月至2020年10月肝癌晚期癌痛患者76例,以随机数字表法分为两组,各38例。对照组实施常规健康宣教,观察组实施BCW理论下的健康宣教,比较两组干预前后疼痛程度(NRS、BQ)、服药依从性、心理灵活性(AAQ-Ⅱ)、生活质量(QLQ)。结果干预后,两组NRS、BQ、AAQ-Ⅱ评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组服药依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组QLQ评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论BCW理论下的护理干预应用于肝癌晚期疼痛患者,可提高疼痛控制效果及心理灵活性,增强治疗依从性,改善生活质量,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of health education under the theory of cognitive behavioral change(BCW)on patients with advanced liver cancer.Methods A total of 76 patients with advanced liver cancer pain in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided into 2 groups by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given health education under BCW theory.The pain level(NRS,BQ),medication compliance,psychological flexibility(AAQ-Ⅱ)and quality of life(QLQ)were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the NRS,BQ,AAQ-Ⅱscores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the medication compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The QLQ score of the two groups was higher than that before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention under BCW theory applied to patients with advanced liver cancer pain can improve pain control effect and psychological flexibility,enhance treatment compliance,and improve quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
