摘要
本实验采用了不同百分比的石粉含量梯度进行混凝土拌和并设计空白对照组,分别对不同养护时间的混凝土进行分阶段强度测试,可清楚展现强度变化规律,通过数据分析便可得到临界石粉掺量为20%,试验表明,机制砂中石粉掺量在20%左右时,对混凝土的强度会起到促进作用,石粉掺量过高则会对强度产生明显负效应。同时配置不同强度的混凝土,便于进行强度的纵横向比较,并由此得到高强度混凝土对石粉掺量变化更加敏感的结论。
In concrete configuration,natural sand is usually replaced by machine-made sand,and stone powder is inevitable in machine-made sand.The content of machine-made sand should be less than 10%in construction sand,but machine-made sand is not“the cleaner the better”.In this experiment,different percentages of stone powder content gradient were used for concrete configuration and blank control group were designed.The strength of concrete with different curing time was tested in stages,which could be cleared When the critical stone powder content is about 20%,the strength of concrete will be promoted.If the stone powder content is too high,it will have obvious negative effect on the strength.
