金属改性纳米碳材料的制备及甲苯吸附性能研究

摘要 吸附法是控制VOCs的一种有效手段,但吸附剂的吸附性能和再生性是现阶段亟须解决的问题。制备了碳硅基吸附剂MWCNTs-SiO_(2)/Cu-x,并对其进行了SEM和BET表征分析。基于固定床反应装置进行了VOCs动态吸附实验,重点探讨了Cu负载量、温度及水蒸气浓度对甲苯的吸附性能影响。结果表明:质量分数2%Cu负载量时吸附剂的吸附性能最好,对甲苯的吸附量可达62.91 mg·g^(-1);随着温度和水蒸气体积分数的增加吸附量逐渐降低。 Adsorption is an effective means to control VOCs,but the adsorption performance and regeneration of adsorbent is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,MWCNT-SiO_(2)/Cu-X adsorbents were prepared,and they were characterized by SEM and BET.VOCs dynamic adsorption experiments were carried out based on fixed bed reactor,and the effects of Cu loading,temperature and water vapor volume fraction on the adsorption performance of toluene were discussed.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of mass fraction 2%Cu was the best,and the adsorption capacity of toluene could reach 62.91 mg·g^(-1).With the increase of temperature and water vapor volume fraction,the adsorption amount decreased gradually.
