CeO_(2)掺杂LiNbMoO_(6)基氧离子导体陶瓷结构和性能研究

摘要 LiNbMoO_(6)结构的内部存在大量的氧空位,是一种潜在的氧离子导体。采用固相合成法制备掺杂不同比例CeO_(2)的LiNbMoO_(6)氧化物陶瓷,并研究了掺杂比例和陶瓷的结构之间的关系。扫描电镜结果显示,随着Ce O_(2)掺杂比例的改变,陶瓷烧结颗粒形状由不规则的球型晶粒逐渐转变为棒状晶粒。通过XRD检测,随着CeO_(2)掺杂比例的提高,有异常峰出现,证明形成了新的化合物。测量了掺杂CeO_(2)的LiNbMoO_(6)介电常数和介电损耗。介电常数和介电损耗随着频率的增加而减小,而同一频率下,LiNbMoO_(6)的介电常数和介电损耗的变化与CeO_(2)掺杂量没有表现出明显的规律性。掺杂CeO_(2)改变了LiNbMoO_(6)结晶形貌,改变了介电常数和介电损耗的变化规律,这将为其他氧离子导体掺杂性能和结构的改变提供研究思路。 LiNbMoO_(6)within a lot of oxygen vacancies,is a kind of potential of oxygen ion conductor.LiNbMoO_(6)oxide ceramics doped with different proportions of CeO_(2)were prepared by solid-phase synthesis,and the relationship between the doping proportion and the structure of the ceramics was studied.Scanning electron microscope results showed that with the change of CeO_(2)doping ratio,the shape of ceramic sintered grains gradually changed from irregular spherical grains to rod-like grains.Through XRD detection,with the increase of CeO_(2)doping ratio,abnormal peaks appeared,which proved the formation of new compounds.The dielectric constant and dielectric loss of LiNbMoO_(6)doped with CeO_(2)were measured.The dielectric constant and dielectric loss decreased with the increase of frequency,but at the same frequency,the changes of the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of LiNbMoO_(6)did not show obvious regularity with the doping amount of CeO_(2).Doping CeO_(2)changed the crystal morphology of LiNbMoO_(6),and changed the change law of dielectric constant and dielectric loss,which could provide research ideas for the change of doping performance and structure of other oxygen ion conductors.
