Countermeasures for Improving the Quality of Sulfolane in Extraction Distillation Unit

抽提装置应用的溶剂中以环丁砜最为常用。环丁砜作为抽提装置的“血液”,可以直接影响产品的质量。介绍了辽阳石化60万t·a^(-1)抽提蒸馏装置,分析了几个影响环丁砜质量的因素,并采取了相应措施来改进环丁砜品质,有效地延长了装置的运行周期,并为同类型装置提供了参考。

Sulfolane is the most commonly used solvent in the extraction units.Sulfolane,as the"blood"of extraction unit,can directly affect the quality of products.In this paper,600 kt·a^(-1)extraction distillation unit of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company was introduced,several factors of affecting the quality of sulfolane were analyzed,and corresponding measures to improve the quality of sulfolane were put forward,effectively prolonging the operation cycle of the unit and providing reference for the same type of other units.
